ALMA, the Diocese of London’s Diocesan Companion Link has made a wealth of visual sources available, which document and celebrate the richness of long standing overseas partnerships between churches and schools and their overseas neighbours.
A Portfolio of photographs are grouped thematically to enable flexible use of individual or groups of images for classroom use, to complement those embedded within the RE with Soul units. Click here to access the images.
Images can be used for:
- stimulating initial discussion at the start of an RE unit
- extending exploration of themes and concepts within RE with Soul and Understanding Christianity units and activities
- reflective activities during and at the end of a lesson or as a focus for Tutor time (KS3)
- extension work at the end of a lesson
